PATH or Other Person Centered Planning
We have a great cohort of PATH and other person centered planning facilitators who have been trained by us. They include teachers, youth workers, self advocates, parents and professionals in disability supports and personal and community development. If you would like to have an event, upon payment we will contact you to talk about your situation, find some dates that work for your network and organize PATH or other facilitators. This fee covers a half-hour planning assessment call, a planning event of about 3 hours in a place organized by you, with two co-facilitators, or 6 hours of independent facilitation leading to a plan in greater Vancouver, including Langley. Other areas may be arranged with added travel costs. For a PATH, you will receive the graphic chart and a digital copy which may be shared with your network and used in various other ways to stay on track. Please note that you do not need to be someone with a disability to want a great plan! We support everyone equally :)
